These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and pkr93 ("pkr93", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the pkr93 website, mobile interface and all associated services offered at https://pkr93.cam.

By registering an account, making a deposit, accepting a bonus or placing a wager on pkr93, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the pkr93 platform.

pkr93 operates as an online gambling and sports betting platform. Gambling involves financial risk. The Platform is intended solely for adult entertainment purposes and does not constitute financial advice, investment guidance or a guaranteed source of income.

In these Terms, the following words and phrases carry the meanings set out below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "Account" means a registered player account on the pkr93 platform, created in accordance with these Terms.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, excluding bonus funds unless otherwise specified.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free spin, cashback award, reload offer or other incentive credited to a Player's Account by pkr93.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) means the identity verification process through which a Player provides acceptable documentation to confirm their identity, age and address.
• "Platform" means the pkr93 website, mobile web interface, downloadable application and all related services.
• "Prohibited Territory" means any jurisdiction in which access to or participation in online gambling is expressly prohibited by applicable law.
• "Stake" means the real-money or bonus-money amount placed on a single wager or game round.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, as specified per promotion) must be wagered before any associated winnings become withdrawable.
• "We / Us / Our" refers to pkr93 and its operating entity.

To register and maintain an active pkr93 account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the applicable operator licence jurisdiction, at the time of registration and throughout your use of the Platform.
• You must be registering and acting on your own behalf as a private individual. Corporate accounts are not permitted.
• You must not already hold an existing pkr93 account, whether active, suspended or previously closed.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, a Prohibited Territory.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director or immediate family member of pkr93 or any associated operating entity, games provider or affiliate partner.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

pkr93 reserves the right to decline any registration application or suspend any account at its sole discretion where it has reasonable grounds to believe that eligibility requirements have not been met or cannot be confirmed.

To register a pkr93 account, you must complete the registration process accurately and in full. You agree to provide true, current and complete information during registration and to update your account details promptly if any information changes.

• Each individual may hold one account only. Duplicate accounts — including accounts registered under different names, email addresses or payment methods by the same individual — are strictly prohibited.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. You must not share your username, password or two-factor authentication codes with any third party.
• All activity conducted through your account — including wagers placed, bonuses claimed and withdrawals requested — is your sole responsibility, whether or not you personally authorised that activity.
• You must notify pkr93 support immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

pkr93 may, at any time, require you to confirm the accuracy of your registered details. Failure to respond to such a request within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension pending verification.

pkr93 operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC verification has been completed to the Platform's satisfaction. KYC may also be triggered at the point of deposit, bonus claim or at any other stage at pkr93's discretion.

Acceptable KYC documentation typically includes:

• Proof of Identity: Government-issued national identity card (CNIC), valid passport or other government-issued photo identification.
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement or government correspondence issued within the last three months, showing your name and residential address.
• Proof of Payment Method: Where required, documentation confirming ownership of the deposit method used (e.g., screenshot of a mobile wallet account in your name).

pkr93 will handle all KYC documentation in accordance with its Privacy Policy. Documents are used solely for identity and age verification, fraud prevention and regulatory compliance purposes.

All financial transactions on pkr93 are conducted in accordance with the payment methods available in the cashier at the time of the transaction. Payment method names — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — are referenced for Pakistani player familiarity only. Their availability must be confirmed in the cashier. These provider names do not imply that those institutions endorse, support or are affiliated with pkr93 or online gambling.

• Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed in the cashier and are subject to change without prior notice.
• Deposits must come from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method previously used for deposit, or to a method verified as belonging to you under KYC review.
• pkr93 does not charge withdrawal processing fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• Withdrawal processing times vary by method. Standard processing is completed within the timeframe stated in the cashier, provided no KYC hold, active bonus balance or security review is in place.
• pkr93 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal it considers unusual in size or frequency.

pkr93 offers a range of bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, reload offers, cashback rewards and VIP programme benefits. All bonuses are subject to specific terms stated at the point of the offer, which form part of these Terms. Where any conflict exists between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms will prevail for that offer.

• Wagering Requirements: All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be completed before associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier is stated on each offer page.
• Maximum Bet During Bonus Play: While an active bonus balance is present in your account, a maximum bet limit per round applies. Exceeding this limit may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.
• Game Contributions: Different game categories contribute at different rates toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; live casino, table games and sports bets may contribute at a lower rate or not at all, as stated per offer.
• Expiry Windows: Bonuses and the associated wagering requirements expire within the timeframe stated on the offer. Expired bonuses and associated pending winnings are forfeited automatically.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless expressly stated otherwise, only one bonus may be active in your account at any given time.
• Abuse and Exploitation: pkr93 reserves the right to withhold, reverse or reclaim any bonus or winnings where it determines, at its sole discretion, that a bonus has been obtained or used in an abusive manner, including through matched betting, arbitrage strategies or use of multiple accounts.

pkr93 reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Such changes do not affect bonuses already credited and actively being wagered at the time of the change.

All sports bets, casino wagers and other game stakes placed on pkr93 are subject to the following general rules in addition to any sport-specific or game-specific rules published on the Platform.

• Once a bet or wager is confirmed and accepted by the Platform, it is binding and cannot be cancelled by the Player.
• pkr93 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where a manifest error in odds, lines or game configuration is identified, regardless of whether the bet has already been settled.
• In the event of a disputed result, pkr93's decision — made by reference to official results from the relevant governing body (including PCB, PSL, ICC, FIFA, UFC or other recognised authorities) — is final.
• pkr93 is not affiliated with, endorsed by or responsible for the conduct of any sports body, league or tournament referenced on the Platform, including the PSL, ICC tournaments or bilateral Pakistan cricket series.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all markets and are displayed at the point of bet placement.
• In-play (live) bets are accepted subject to the Platform's current state of market availability. pkr93 may suspend in-play markets at any time without notice.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pkr93 platform. Engaging in prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances and, where applicable, referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory bodies.

• Registering more than one account, or assisting another person in registering a duplicate account to circumvent promotional or bonus restrictions.
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information during registration, KYC or any other account process.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity or using the Platform for money laundering or financial fraud.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any other artificial means to place bets, access account functions or exploit game mechanics.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes in poker, live casino or any other multi-player environment.
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs or misconfigured odds to obtain an unfair advantage.
• Placing bets as part of a coordinated arbitrage or matched betting strategy that violates the specific terms of an active bonus.
• Attempting to access, modify or reverse-engineer any part of the pkr93 platform, its software or its underlying infrastructure.
• Harassing, threatening or engaging in abusive conduct toward pkr93 staff or other players via any communication channel.

pkr93 is committed to promoting responsible gambling across its platform. The following tools are available to all registered players from within the account settings menu:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly deposit caps to control the amount you fund your account.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the maximum amount you can lose over a defined period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts that notify you after a defined session length.
• Cool-Off Periods: Take a temporary break from gambling for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks) during which your account is inaccessible for wagering.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are actioned immediately and marketing communications cease upon activation.

All content on the pkr93 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, interface design, software, game content, data compilations and promotional materials — is the property of pkr93 or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms.
• You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform without prior written consent from pkr93.
• The pkr93 name, logo and any associated brand marks are proprietary to pkr93. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use pkr93's branding in any form.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pkr93 shall not be liable for any of the following:

• Financial losses arising from gambling activity on the Platform, including losses resulting from unfavourable game outcomes, forfeited bonuses or declined withdrawals pending KYC.
• Loss or corruption of data, interruption of service, technical failures, telecommunication outages or delays beyond pkr93's reasonable control.
• Losses caused by unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, gross negligence or any other matter that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

pkr93 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, pkr93 will provide reasonable notice by posting a prominent notice on the Platform, sending an email to your registered address or updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the pkr93 platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure and withdrawal of any remaining real-money balance.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pkr93's operating entity is incorporated and licensed. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your own jurisdiction require otherwise.

Before initiating formal dispute proceedings, you agree to first contact pkr93 support to attempt resolution in good faith. pkr93 will endeavour to resolve all bona fide complaints within a reasonable timeframe.
